SPALVŲ PASAKOSShibori
Painting on silk by Japanese method Shibori. Shibori is a traditional printing technique that involves twisting, stitching, pressing and then dyeing. This method has been used since the 8th century in Japan and China.
Like many Japanese arts, it relies on randomness and intuition. This kind of art is like meditation, when the mind is resting, not participating in creation, but expressing all feelings in colour. Shibori will provide endless relaxation and a sense of freedom. You will create a one-piece accessory or scarf, and later, with your technological knowledge, a tunic or dress. Silk is a special material. It warms up in cold weather and cools off on a hot summer day.
